Your job as an educator*in the OGS:

• Group management in the OGS: Educational support for children in everyday life and support for coordination/guide
• Pedagogical work: Planning, implementation and reflection of educational and leisure activities
• Promoting children: Strengthening social, emotional and personal skills
• Conceptual cooperation: Active participation in the further development of our educational work
• Cooperation & Communication: Close coordination with parents, teachers and external professionals
• Team work & guidance: Support and guidance of pedagogical supplementary staff

Your profile - This is what you bring:

• Completed training as *educatorin** or comparable educational qualification
• Joy in working with children and a -estimating, empathic attitude
• Team skills, communication strength and responsibility awareness
• Self-employed, structured and dedicated working methods
• Ideally experience in the OGS or school area
