The company Wohnbau Concept Hannover GmbH is a successful family-run company with specialization in the revitalization of properties in the city of Hannover. The main focus is on building with exclusive, energy-efficient and sustainable multi-family houses in the best locations. Of course, the construction projects are always realized with a vigilant view of nature and the environment. This is why WBK Wohnbau Concept Hannover GmbH is also a member of the DGNB (German Society for Sustainable Building). For the realization of our demanding projects, we are looking for a(n) motivated (n) and responsible dual students of the real estate industry (m/w/d) to strengthen our team, who progresses with us towards sustainable building.

You work on exciting project developments from idea to realization – living, business, quarter development. You support market and location analyses to identify new project opportunities. You work with the planning, costing and cost-effectiveness calculation of real estate projects. You accompany the construction processes and cooperation with architects, authorities and specialist planners. You will gain insight into commercial and legal issues.

We are looking for future real estate owners: inside who convince us with their “total package”. Complete vocational training, ideally in the real estate sector, in construction or in a commercial area. You are convinced by your own initiative, organizational talent and a structured way of working. To use our pool vehicle, you need a class B license.
