Leadership: You lead our international IT infrastructure team, and you are strategically and operationally responsible for the global deployment of IT infrastructure services Transformation: In cooperation with adjacent teams such as Enterprise Architecture Management and Cyber Defense Center, you transform the operating model towards a modern cloud/ hybrid cloud landscape with international division of work Vendor Management / Supplier Performance Management: You manage technical partnerships and external IT services, create transparency about performance (SLA / KPI) and provide cost-effective solutions in cooperation with external service providers Team development: You act as a coach, promote methodological development and create a culture of continuous improvement in order to set up your team in a future-proof manner Security & Compliance: You support the development of IT security concepts in cooperation with internal stakeholders and compliance with standards such as ISO27701, IEC62443 and CRA

Completed studies in (economic) informatics, information technology or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the leadership of (international) IT teams Experience in the transformation of growing infrastructure landscapes and operating models towards platform-based cloud / hybrid cloud environments Business understanding and experience in managing external partners and IT service providers within SIAM or comparable frameworks Wide knowledge of modern IT infrastructures, relevant compliance requirements and knowledge in concepts such as AIOps, GitOps and Infrastructure as Code Very good knowledge of German and English in Word & Writing for international exchange Outstanding communication skills and experience in stakeholder management Please note that an aviation safety review is carried out within the scope of the application procedure.
