End-to-End Recruiting: You control the entire recruiting process independently – from the demand pick-up to the call-up (exclusive contract creation). You work closely with our companies and Hiring Managers and ensure an excellent Candidate Experience. Process & Tool Management: You manage our HR tool, ensure data quality, and ensure efficient and transparent our recruiting processes. With the help of regular reporting, you create clarity about KPIs, pipeline and time-to-hire. Target group-specific personal marketing: You implement precise recruiting and personal marketing measures for our SHK operations – digitally and regionally. You think pragmatic, solution-oriented and with a view to measurable results. Integration of new enterprises: You integrate newly acquired craftsmen into our recruiting activities in a structured manner and ensure that processes, standards and tools are implemented smoothly. Project work & further development: You support internal projects to optimize our recruiting – e.g. in the introduction of new tools or the further development of existing processes – and actively introduces your ideas. Interface Management: You coordinate cooperation between companies, agencies and our people unit and ensure that everyone works efficiently.

Your profile

You have a degree in psychology, economic psychology or a comparable qualification with HR reference. You have several years of experience in in-house recruiting, ideally in high-volume environment. Experience in Blue-Collar-Recruiting, in particular in the artisanal environment, is a clear plus. You know decentralized organizational structures and you know how to efficiently control recruiting processes in an environment with many locations. You understand how commercial target groups – e.g. Monteur:inside, electricians:inside or project managers:in the SHK area – tick, and know how to address them in a targeted manner, inspire and win for us. You work structured and prioritize safely even with high timing. Your organizational talent helps you to keep a look at several vacancies, projects and stakeholders at the same time. You communicate proactive, clear and binding – because for you, Recruiting is active stakeholder management and not a “wait for applications”. You bring a low readiness (about 2 days a month).
