Senior Project Manager Technology (m/f/d)

As Senior Projektleiter Technik (m/w/d), you are responsible for the technical realization of our new building projects and control the entire handling of the technical disciplines HLSKE from the design, planning, implementation to completion and handover You are the driving force in implementing energy-efficient and sustainable HLSKE solutions (e.g. heat pumps, geothermal energy, intelligent control systems) and implementing standards for long-term success You take the vote and negotiation with authorities and parties to the construction You commission technically complex construction services and are responsible for on-time construction monitoring, budget control You coordinate, organize and guide the project team from external service providers and internal departments You prepare the project report for internal decision-making and steering bodies

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of electrical and utility technology, technical building equipment (TGA), technical facility management or a comparable course of studies, as an alternative you bring a comparable technical training and further education, e.g. as a master or technician (m/w/d) with You have already gained several years of professional experience in the project management of challenging construction projects, in particular with regard to building equipment You have a proven TGA expertise, in particular in the fields of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary (HLKS), building automation and energy efficiency You have profound experience in negotiating with external service providers You think holistically and beyond building boundaries, are strong and tax complex projects independently, structured and targeted You see entrepreneurial thinking and acting, a high service and cost awareness as a matter of course You are passionate about innovation, automation, AI, and the digital transformation and you want to participate in a major project in the heart of Heilbronn
