Your duties Own-sponsored organization, handling and control of construction projects in the field of special construction, including acquisition, costing and controlling Acquisition of performance, earnings and budget responsibility for projects in the field of special depth construction Compilation of contract-relevant correspondence and enforcement of claims Strategic further development of special development within the company and expansion of business relations leadership, development and motivation of the team Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards Equipment and investment planning (leasing/rental purchase of drilling equipment, tool purchase) Market and competition analysis Your profile Complete studies in civil engineering or a comparable technical qualification with long-term professional experience. Multiannual experience in the management of projects in specialized deep construction, ideally with practice in areas such as e.g. construction projects of any kind, drilling piles or slit wall work and floor injections. Funded knowledge in project management, quality management, factory contract law and VOB.
