Number: MER000444Q Electric Drive product innovations from Mercedes-Benz, you want to work in this exciting area and contribute to the sustainable mobility of the future? The range of electric drives in Sindelfingen is responsible for the control and integration of the e-drive drive components within the vehicle project. Together with specialist departments, we coordinate the securing of the components and the fulfillment of the project objectives along the process master plan to the product launch. You gain practical experience in operational project management and gain a comprehensive insight into the vehicle development process. Your tasks are in detail: Preparation and preparation of presentation documents for product decisions on various bodies Creating component terminal plans, weight reporting and preparation of Quality Gates Self-employed processing of interdisciplinary tasks in the production process Working in interdisciplinary project and module teams (development, purchasing, production, after sales, tw. international) Participation in committee management and implementation to integrate new technologies and innovations Individually responsible preparation and organisation of thematic development meetings The activity can start from October 2026.

Programme in the field of (economic) engineering, techn. Business, natural sciences, mechanical engineering/vehicle engineering or a comparable degree course

German language skills (Level C2); reliable English language skills

Secure handling of MS-Office; Learning internal CAD and documentation systems

Flexible work as part of the project tasks

Rapid opinion on complex technological/strategic/economic issues

Team and communication skills, curiosity for challenges of electromobility, safe occurrence and presentation of content

Status of a ordinary student (min. 1 exam performance must be open until the end of the activity)
