For our area of social work we are looking for you to occupy several places as Projektmanagement (m/w/div) Location: Berlin Application deadline: 20.07.2025 Employment: Full time (part time is possible in principle) Date of entry: Immediate Call number: 20-043-2025 Remuneration: E12 TV EntgO-DRV Activity The occupational health management of the German Pension Insurance Federation includes the areas of medical service, occupational safety, social work, occupational health promotion and coaching and short-term psychological intervention. In addition, the consultancy HALT and the AGG complaint office are also located in the department. We currently need reinforcement in the area of social work for the currently 7-member team of the operational integration management. In principle, employers are according to § 167 para. 2 Nineth book Social Code (SGB IX) obliges all employees who fulfil the corresponding requirements to offer an enterprise integration management. This obligation is implemented in the German Pension Insurance Confederation on the basis of a subservice agreement to the BEM. After that, it is your task as a BEM case manager to advise and support employees, to overcome current inability to work and/or to prevent new inability to work and to continue the work relationship permanently. For this purpose, you may work closely with the social consultancy, the consultancy office HALT and other areas of the house such as the representations of interests.

Monitoring and implementation of the operational integration management (BEM) on the basis of the subservice agreement Consultation and support of employees in the framework of the BEM process with the aim of overcoming inability to work and preventing new inability to work Documentation and control of the individual BEM procedures via a specialized software taking into account data protection requirements Exchange and cooperation with internal and external partners throughout the BEM process Planning and implementation of information events to the Central BEM in the DRV Bund Close cooperation with the company's social consultancy, the consultancy office HALT and with other areas and, representations of interests in the house The activity is associated with business trips, as we are represented in addition to our headquarters in Berlin also at other locations such as Gera, Stralsund, Würzburg, Brandenburg an der Havel and in offices throughout the federal territory.

A successfully completed university education (Diplom Sozialarbeiterin (FH), Diplom Sozialpädagogin (FH) with state recognition, Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in the course of Social Work or Social Education with state recognition or degree programs with comparable contents) Multiannual professional experience in occupational integration management as a BEM case manager*in or in the field of occupational social counselling Embossed social skills, empathy and a high level of commitment Self-employed and structured working methods with self-initiative and resilience Communication strength as well as pronounced negotiating and organisational skills Sovereign dealing with challenging situations and experience in conflict resolution High level of discretion, trustworthiness and sense of responsibility Team skills and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation
