Logistics clerk operational assignment in shift operation (m/f/d)

At our locations in Rastatt and Kuppenheim we are responsible for the entire logistics for a renowned automotive manufacturer. This position is not a classic office activity. You operate in three-shift operations directly in the operational logistics process and are on the logistics and production surface every day. Together with the operating teams, make sure that material flows work, processes are maintained and our customers are reliably supplied. It offers a varied activity in the middle of the operational logistics operation. Instead of working exclusively on the desk, you are in use where the processes take place. You work closely with the operating teams and perform an important interface function between logistics, customers and executives.

In your role, you are the contact person for the operational executives and customer companies.

We know the processing of customer requests as well as the inventory monitoring and booking in the best hands.

You ensure compliance with all process and quality requirements as well as safety regulations - whether in the office or on the production area.

You also process complaints in receipt of goods and control delivery documents for their completeness and plausibility.

In addition, you will equalize data in the in-house goods management system and monitor the degree of processing of the transport orders.

A completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.

Ideally experience in the logistics, intralogistics or automotive industry.

Pleasure to work close to the operating events and regularly on the logistics or To move production area.

Secure handling of MS Office, SAP and warehouse management systems.

A structured way of working, team spirit, flexibility and high communication skills.

Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing.
