Customer advisor driver safety training, training and events (m/f/d)

The regional club ADAC Nordbayern e.V. was founded in 1905. In the meantime, nearly 225 employees work in the Nordbayern area. We take care of the topics of mobility, travel & vacation, insurance and of course ADAC membership.

As part of our sales team, you will ensure the utilisation of our driving safety center by distributing the comprehensive product portfolio (mobility training, event location, tailor-made training measures) focusing on B2B. Their sales activities include the continuous consultation of existing customers as well as the construction of new customers from initial contact to customer penetration. You advise our customers according to their needs as well as according to their own developed sales strategies, serve them from supply creation to accounting and also identify potentials for subsequent transactions. You also work with marketing and sales. Finally, your activities include ensuring high-quality customer support and service quality.

You have a successfully completed training in the commercial sector as well as a solid knowledge of sales with several years of professional experience. In addition, you have first experience in B2B sales optimally in the area of consulting-intensive services. With your hands-on mentality, you convince with your high customer and service orientation. An independent and structured way of working is just as natural for you as team skills, adaptability and commitment. Good MS Office knowledge as well as an accurate analysis capability complete your profile.
