To strengthen our team in the field of digitalization and IT transformation, we are looking for a

Projektmanager (m/w/d)

• Development and implementation of the existing digitalization strategy taking into account current corporate objectives and market requirements
• Evaluation and selection of market-available digital and AI solutions in close coordination with the departments and IT
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements of the EU AI Act as well as data protection regulations in implementing AI systems (e.g. chatbots, voicebots)
• Implementation of training and workshops and support for employees in the use of digital applications

Your professional and personal profile:

• Complete studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification in the focus of digitalization management
• Detectable experience in managing digitalization projects and optimizing business processes
• Ideally knowledge of digital technologies, process modeling, artificial intelligence and basic knowledge of IT organizational structures
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Team-oriented working and the ability to coordinate different stakeholders
• Good knowledge of German and English
