Foreman / Technician Customer Systems Electricity and Temporary Connections (m/f/d)

You take over the independent technical acceptance of electrical customer systems in the low voltage range – from the house connection box to the counter cabinet You will check the facilities built by specialist companies and, if necessary, point to established defects You first set up assembly orders for meter assembly or for counter change of modern measuring devices (mME), intelligent measuring systems (iMSys) and other measuring systems (eHz, Ferraris) including §14a‐EnWG systems You advise and support registered installation companies as well as our customers (m/w/d) by phone, digitally and with special technical questions directly on site You are working on applications for temporary network connections (building stream and events) and you are professionally tuning with organizers (m/w/d), authorities and electric specialist companies You process digital applications in the installer portal and carry out the maintenance of the relevant SAP data You actively participate in the further development of modern, digital process structures to continuously increase our degree of automation

Master*in (m/w/d) / Technician (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in a comparable task Knowledge of the relevant regulations in the field of electricity, e.g. VDE 4100, VDE 4105, NAV, TAB, TAR and other legal regulations Ideally experience in dealing with SAP IS-U, RIWA GIS and other user programs and willingness to develop you continuously Self-employed and responsible working methods, self-initiative and enforcement High team capability and secure and convincing appearance to customers (m/w/d) and market partners (m/w/d) Class B valid driving licence and unrestricted fitness for external services Language level German: at least B2 for successful cooperation
