Staff sales service

Location: Trebsen / Mulde Type of employment: Full-time Working hours: 7 - 9 hours per day

Purpose and objective For our customers we are looking for several employees in the sales service (m/w/d).

Tasks, competences and responsibility

• You enter your own customer base from the request to the order processing in close cooperation with the field staff
• You write the articles of your customers with all technical data and thus ensure the follow-up processes for production
• You are responsible for master data management and process processing in SAP
• You control customer requests and customer orders in cooperation with the adjacent areas and interfaces in the company
• You're creating reports for your customer base and interacting closely with it
• You carry out inventory checks as well as accounting
• You support cooperation with the sales team and the interfaces in Mondi Paper Bags Germany locations
• You use the company network to transfer knowledge and share Best Practice solutions

Technical requirements

• You have a successfully completed technical or commercial training
• As a customer advisor in indoor or outdoor services, you could already gain first experiences
• In addition to commercial understanding, you are technically experienced and ideally have first experience in the operation of production companies incl. can collect production processes
• Your good understanding of numbers and relationships as well as process processes form your tool for your daily working day
