Complete studies in the social field (e.g. social work, social education) or completed training in the educational field (e.g. medical education, education) with relevant professional experience Experience in work with people with disabilities and/or in the area of family Ideally experience in professional guidance or coordination Structured, independent and responsible operation Representative communication and consulting skills Engagement for inclusion and participation
