With comprehensive expertise, the company provides institutional and private customers with tailor-made solutions for various types of use such as residential, office, commercial, logistics and industrial real estate. With the recent acquisition of an administrative mandate with around 700 units in 25-30 WEGn, our client expands its portfolio and is now looking for dedicated professionals who want to actively shape and build this area.

Location: Cologne Region

Own-responsibility and proper management of housing owners communities (WEG) Analysis and structuring of the existing administrative situation to optimize internal processes and processes Organisation, preparation and implementation of owner meetings and implementation of the decisions taken Regular coordination with administrative councils and owners to ensure smooth cooperation Control of external service providers and monitoring of maintenance and rehabilitation measures Creation of economic plans, house money bills and monitoring of payment transactions in cooperation with accounting Legal correspondence with owners, authorities and service providers

Completed training as a real estate businessman, real estate specialist or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in WEG administration, ideally with the acquisition of existing administrative resources Structured and solution-oriented mode of operation, especially when incorporated into new management mandates Sovereign appearance, negotiation skills and communication strength Safe handling of real estate software and MS Office Ideally knowledge in the field of structural measures and renovation projects
