Quality inspector NDT (m/f/d)

Conducting non-destructive testing of welding assemblies, components and components by means of visual, color-inducing and magnetic powder testing Assessment of surface and material defects and evaluation of test results according to applicable standards and specifications Release of production steps taking into account defined quality requirements Control of individual parts and assemblies both in new production and in the framework of repair measures Performance of goods receipt and goods exit checks to ensure product quality Creation, processing and tracking of audit and error reports including documentation of deviations and decision making Recording and feedback of audit-relevant operations in the corresponding ERP systems Close cooperation with production, quality assurance and other specialist areas to ensure efficient testing Support in the continuous improvement of quality processes and testing standards

Successfully completed training as a material tester, material tester, welder (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification in the metal processing sector Certification according to DIN EN ISO 9712 in the test method Visual inspection (VT2), color penetration test (PT2) and magnetic powder testing (MT2) Practical experience in quality and material testing and in the field of non-destructive testing (ZfP) Technical understanding and safe handling of technical drawings, production documents and test instructions Knowledge in SAP, CAQ BABTEC and the current MS Office applications are advantageous Self-conscient, conscientious and quality-oriented operation High sense of responsibility, reliability and strong team capability Ideally experience in the evaluation and documentation of test results as well as knowledge of relevant standards and quality standards
