Own-sponsored procurement of building materials, after-contracting services and services in the calculation and execution phase Identification and selection of potential suppliers and subcontractors Negotiating contract conditions to ensure competitive prices Continuous market observation to identify innovative and environmentally friendly procurement opportunities Care and development of long-term business relationships with our partners Enforceable negotiations to ensure optimal conditions and timely deliveries/performances Creative solution finding for delivery bottlenecks or unexpected challenges Close cooperation with the construction management and other departments to understand and meet the needs of the construction project Analysis of market conditions and identification of cost optimization possibilities Personal contract negotiations at our sites, on construction sites, with our partners or digital Call for tenders for follow-up services and development of performance directories for individual companies (ideally RIB iTWO)

Successfully completed technical training or Study in the field of civil engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the technical purchasing of building materials and subcontractors, ideally in construction, special construction or engineering Negotiating skills, communication strength, enforcement ability and safe, result-oriented occurrence Good technical understanding as well as pronounced cost and entrepreneurial thinking Mobility and travel readiness for appointments on construction sites, locations and business partners Safe handling of MS Office; Knowledge of RIB iTWO Knowledge of building and contract law, especially VOB/B, BGB and HGB, are desirable Self-contained, structured, careful and reliable operation with high operational readiness Teamability, initiative, sense of responsibility and organizational talent
