You work surgically in the system (e.g. configuration, customizing in standard, user management, error analysis, tests). You control and coordinate changes, incidents and problems (Second level support) and ensure a stable, reliable operation. You document interfaces to connected systems (e.g. ERP, PIM, Middleware) and accompany their tests. You are responsible for the Test Management & Release Management for a company-wide standard software. Close cooperation with IT Architecture, departments and external partners
Your Complete study of (economic) computer science or comparable training - alternatively several years relevant professional experience. Experience in test management (e.g. SIT, UAT, regression tests) and in the release management of standard software. Practice in operational application management (configuration, operation, further development). Experience with standard software introductions and ideally experience with applications such as PLM or Category Management. Technical and analytical understanding as well as the ability to communicate between specialist and IT. Experience with common tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, MS Office; ideally experience with test management tools. Analytical skills, team player mentality and a structured, solution-oriented way of working. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
