Project Manager Building in Existing Buildings (m/f/d)

In this responsible position, you take over the holistic control of demanding construction projects and ensure economical, technical and contractual implementation.

You take over the independent project management of demanding construction projects, in particular in turn-key construction. You manage projects in the double-digit million range across all relevant project phases and keep in mind costs, dates, quality and contractual requirements. You coordinate all the disciplines involved in the construction, coordinate planning processes with each other and ensure that all structures work efficiently and on time. You recognise technical, organisational and economic risks at an early stage and initiate appropriate measures for project management. You conduct coordination with contractors:inside, after-contracting and internal interfaces and represent the project interests sovereign. You contribute to the examination of performance content, technical documentation, supplements and project-related decisions. You accompany recurring and comparable project structures and continuously develop processes together with the team.

You have a successfully completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable technical qualification, e.g. as a technician:in or master:with corresponding professional experience. You bring several years of professional experience in turnkey construction in the construction or project management. You have already been responsible for projects in stock or have been involved in comparable complex construction projects with a high variety of interfaces and structures. You have experience in the independent organization, control and execution of demanding construction projects. You think analytically, identify relationships quickly and can accurately evaluate technical and economic issues. You work structured, independent and solution-oriented – also in a challenging environment with many dependencies. You are delighted to develop existing buildings, solve complex initial situations and professionally manage projects with repetition. You perform professionally and thoroughly and communicate safely with clients:inside, after-contracting, specialist planners:inside and internal project participants. Good knowledge of current MS Office applications complete your profile.
