You are a competent contact person (w/m/d) for customer orders in the field of nuclear medicine and medicine You are responsible for processing the dates from the order to the invoice You check customer orders and contact the customers with questions You communicate with our customers and suppliers in their respective national language: German, English and French You create serial letters and perform common administrative tasks You're reviewing our sales, customer and supplier master files in the ERP system (Business Central)

You have a completed commercial training or comparable qualification Ideally you bring first professional experiences Working on the PC and phone makes you enjoy and the popular MS Office programs are familiar to you Foreign languages will delight you and you will be happy to apply your English and French skills in everyday work You work meticulously and independently You take the wishes and needs of our customers seriously It makes you enjoy being part of a multilingual team and living community
