IT support: Responsibility for the 1st and 2nd level support in the workplace IT sector Microsoft server: setup, configuration, administration and maintenance of server environments Ticket management: acceptance, qualification and processing of faults and service requests Client systems: installation, configuration, curing and maintenance of systems as well as workplace applications Microsoft 365: Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, Azure AD, Copilot) Backup & Recovery: Conception and implementation of strategies External service providers: control and cooperation in operation and in case of malfunctions, AI strategy: Conception and implementation of the AI strategy ISMS: Working with the implementation, support and further development of ISMS according to BSI basic protection Security: Monitoring, structured analysis and handling of security incidents (Incident Response) Perspective: Possibility to take over leadership tasks and co-design the strategic IT orientation

Education: Successfully completed IT training or studies (e.g. computer science, IT security, cybersecurity, network and system administration, software engineering, communication technology, information technology, system engineering, digital engineering, database and information systems) Multiannual experience: Experience in the administration of complex Microsoft environments (e.g. Microsoft Server, Active Directory, Exchange) Microsoft Cloud: Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Services (e.g. Azure, Azure AD, Microsoft 365) System management: Experience in system and/or client management Languages: Very good German and good English skills Personal characteristics: Open, systematic, flexible and diplomatic
