You translate complex technical topics into clear, understandable content for different target groups. You design and create contributions for technical documentation, guides and training documents. You develop video scripts, storyboards and visual formats for training and communication. You work closely with departments, IT and projects to prepare content correctly and user-centred. You analyze target groups and adapt content to be understood and used. You think content multichannel: text, image, video – depending on the context the appropriate format. You develop ideas on how content becomes clearer, more effective and sustainable.

You can convey complex topics in a comprehensible and targeted manner. You have a good feeling for audiences and perspectives of other people. Language is for you means for the purpose – understandable, concise, to the point. You have a good sense of visual language, dramaturgy and storytelling, and use this ability to develop exciting experiences from IT releases. You think in stories, images and processes – not only in texts – and make exciting series experiences from IT releases. You know that good communication is created by voting, and you actively follow feedback loops to continuously sharpen and improve content. Experience in technical editorial, content creation or comparable. You work structured and are entitled to continuously improve content. You like to work in new topics and use your design space for content, formats and ideas. You have studied communication sciences, have a comparable qualification or have corresponding professional experience in technical editorial, content design or content creation.
