What do you expect? Service that enthuses: You are the first contact person for our private customers and make sure that You feel good all around us. Advice as if it were your loved ones: you listen, understand what is really needed, and find solutions that fit our customers and their lives. Omnikanal instead of monotonous: You advise by phone, video and digital and are also personally there for customers in our branches. Sales, which is fun: you recognize opportunities, actively address suitable solutions and want to achieve and celebrate sales success together in the team. Variety inclusive: You work centrally in the team, sometimes you support colleagues right on site in one of our branches. Mobile on the move: You can use a service car if necessary for deployments at remote locations. Configure explicitly desired: Bring your ideas in and develop a modern customer advice that connects service, proximity and digital possibilities.

What are you doing? You have a completed training to the bank businessman. There's no number for you. You have fun contacting people and want to offer real service. You communicate openly, bindingly and at eye level, whether on the phone, in the video or personally. You have sales in the blood without losing sight of the customer: you recognize needs, make recommendations and can inspire people for suitable solutions. You are flexible and open to new things and feel comfortable both in digital consulting and in the branch. You work independently, you like to pack up and are a real team player at the same time. You are looking for an environment in which we achieve goals, learn from each other and celebrate success.

What do we offer you? Attractive conditions: permanent contract of employment, 30 days of vacation plus free on 24 and 31 December. Compensation & Security: Compensation by collective agreement incl. 13th salary, supplementary income dependent on success, as well as occupational pensions and asset-effective benefits. Flexible work: full-time or part-time, around 50% mobile work, and promoted breaks (e.g. Sabbaticals) and mobile work abroad.
