That's what you bring ✓ Completed study of human medicine and additional name of occupational medicine or specialist name of occupational medicine ✓ Experience as a product owner or in a comparable responsible role related to occupational and health protection ✓ Ability to capture complex requirements structured and prioritize in measures ✓ Experience in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams and different stakeholders ✓ Understanding end-to-end processes and service-oriented product landscapes in the context of occupational medicine ✓ Own-sponsored, structured working and high quality standards

These are your tasks ✓ Active design of products from occupational medicine, preventive medicine and vaccinations in the individual portfolio Medical individual services ✓ Strategic and continuous detection and prioritization of requirements from user, customer and stakeholders perspectives ✓ Close control of cross-functional and interdisciplinary product teams with occupational medical expertise ✓ Full end-to-end viewing of the product in service delivery ✓ Creation, maintenance and further development of all product-relevant content and documents ✓ Responsibility for the Product Backlog including prioritization and continuous processing ✓ Product controlling and consistent use of data for continuous product improvement ✓ Implementation of the legally defined QM processes and regulations on occupational health and safety
