Sales Executive / Business Aviation (all genders)

In order for us to grow and develop as an up-and-coming development, production, maintenance and repair company for aircraft and general aviation components operating Europe, we are looking to strengthen our dedicated team.

Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities for aircraft maintenance services (MRO) within the business aviation sector. Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calls, email campaigns, networking, and client visits to generate qualified leads. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of anticipate and manage the sales funnel from lead to close. Build and nurture long-term relationships with aircraft owners, brokers, and other key stakeholders. Represent the company at aviation trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote brand visibility and generate leads. Collaborate with internal teams including operations and customer support to tailor service proposals and ensure seamless client onboarding. Prepare and present customized presentations and suggestions aligned with client needs. Track sales metrics, generate regular reports, and meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or aviation management 2–3+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience, ideally in aviation, MRO, or technical services Strong outbound sales and lead generation skills Technical understanding of complex products/services preferred Experience managing a sales pipeline from lead to close independently Fluent in English (German or other languages are a plus) Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Willingness to travel for client visits and trade shows Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven Professional, customer-focused, and distract to build long-term relationships
