Your tasks include: Welcome & Admission with check-in & check-out of our guests detailed information of our guests about in-house conditions Concierge tasks as well as service and sales-oriented guest care responsible for correct booking, correct accounting and daily accounting conscientious handover to direct colleagues and to relevant departments Advertising & complaint management Acceptance and processing of incoming reservations & quote requests Write reservation confirmations Creation and shipping of invoices & vouchers if applicable. Home and Holiday Representation of the Night Auditors Consumption, control and booking of the waiter restaurant billing / performance documents
