Welcome to the team: Together we are driving the climate-neutral building stock ahead – join us as: Processmanager / Business Analyst Part-time (m/w/d), R-103172 Location: Eschborn In this position, you shape process digitalization with a focus on data exchange between Techem, our customers and their ERP systems. You ensure that data flows in a structured and efficient manner, develop standards for seamless digital cooperation and thus contribute significantly to the digitization of the real estate industry and the networking of all market participants.

You take over the analysis, design and continuous optimization of business processes. You develop specialist concepts both in the agile working model and after waterfall and ensure their successful implementation in practice. As a key partner*in, you recognize optimization potentials in processes at an early stage and develop pragmatic solutions together with the team. The active participation and implementation of process processes are the focus of your activity. You work closely with the Product Owner, care about the product backlogs and make sure that process requirements are clear and feasible. In agile projects with specialists from software development and quality assurance, your cooperation is in demand. When designing modern cloud-based solutions, you can take a professional look. You develop and shape future-proof and efficient processes for data exchange.

Complete study of (economic) informatics, engineering, BWL or a comparable qualification. At least 2 years of professional experience in process design and implementation, ideally as process, product or project manager*in or Product Owner. A large degree of customer orientation, a pronounced communication and solution competence as well as an analytical working method are characterized by you. Self-responsible work is a matter of course for you. You bring a high IT affinity and enjoy innovative solutions. Personally, you understand yourself as a real team player and value a good collegial team. You have fluent German and good English skills.
