In this strategically crucial role, you act as a pioneer:in our international growth and decide how OBI is showing flag across Europe. You analyze international markets with a secure sense, evaluate new operator models and lay the economic basis for our partnerships across borders. Together with the national leaders, you develop tailor-made concepts and design fee models that ensure long-term success for both our partners and OBI. Your strategic vision and your numerical understanding make you an architect of our international expansion success.

Market development: Conducting sound international market analyses and assessing potential for market entry or expansion in existing regions Format design: evaluation of different store formats as well as operator models to select the optimal approaches for local market conditions Potential tuning: Close cooperation with the regional leaders to validate potential analyses and define common growth goals Implementation Guide: Active support of the local management in the implementation of the national strategy and support of the first operational steps Model development: design and evaluation of attractive fee models based on specific country requirements Profitability assurance: Analysis of the cost-effectiveness of our models and deriving strategic recommendations for the OBI Group

Strategy experience: Multiannual career in strategy consulting, business development or international franchise management Analysis: Excellent skills in the processing of market data and in the derivation of economically sound recommendations for action Hands-on-Mentality: Impressed focus on the direct implementation of projects and a solution-oriented operation Financial expertise: deep understanding of business cases, profitability calculations and complex fee structures Intercultural competence: Sovereign appearance on international parquet and competence in the harmonisation of different stakeholders: Personality: expert expertise, strategic thinking and the ability to present complex models convincingly
