They work directly with all subsidiaries within Arthrex EMEA to capture and analyze the need for IT applications and infrastructure The regional business environment and its specific requirements understand and plan the optimal approach to providing IT products and services New IT-related requirements of the sites collect and manage change requirements and project candidates They build, prioritize and manage pipeline management for IT services, projects and improvements for each subsidiary in cooperation with the respective IT teams and departments With the regional and global IT organization as well as the respective IT teams, you coordinate concepts, architecture and design for implementation, schedule and cost of specific projects and changes They serve as an escalation point for business-critical problems and impairments of local IT application and infrastructure services and ensure business continuity from IT-sight

You have a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, a related area or a comparable qualification In addition, you have several years of experience in managing an IT function or as an IT key account, experience in the medical technology or life sciences industry are advantageous They have general IT skills in applications and infrastructure as well as related products as well as experience in managing IT projects. Knowledge of ITIL is beneficial Strong interpersonal skills allow you to cooperate effectively and build relationships across departments Flexibility and the ability to keep an overview in a dynamic environment coupled with excellent communication skills, both oral and written, Flowing German and English skills complete their profile. Knowledge of Italian, French or Spanish is advantageous
