You participate in the preparation, implementation and documentation of events & workshops. You support the design, implementation, organisation and documentation of strategic group topics, organisational development and support for transformation initiatives. You support your team organizationally (termine, pre- and post-processing, logging, agreements, stopping orders, etc.) You will gain deeper insights into at least one of 7 focus areas: Key Account Management, Agility, Strategy, Change Management, Digitization, New Organisational Models and Process Management.
