As a volunteer, you are an important part of our team and actively contribute to the smooth running of events and experience our fans a great experience in the stadium. The tasks to be supported by Volunteers are very versatile: You are the first contact for fans and visitors at the Infopoint. Your main task is to provide information and to help with questions or concerns in a friendly and competent manner. For example, you support ticket control and orientation in the stadium. You play an important role in shaping a positive stadium experience for all guests. You support the logistical preparation and preparation of home games. You are responsible for building banners, flags, advertising boards and other utensils that are necessary for performing the game day. After the game you help with the removal of the utensils and stowing in the storage areas provided for them. Your work ensures that the home game day runs smoothly and all materials are correctly positioned and secured.
