House technician (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team we are looking for a full-time (38,5 hours/week) for the Kiel-Wellsee site at the next possible date

Your duties

• Maintenance of technical equipment, e.g. ventilation, heating, refrigeration, air conditioning, electric, sprinkler. Sanitary and outdoor facilities
• Preparation and monitoring of expert examinations
• Care & monitoring of foreign business operations
• regular visit and documentation of services of building equipment
• Contact person in craft matters
• Small repairs

Your profile

• successfully completed training, preferably in the field of electrical engineering, heating, air conditioning, ventilation or plumbing technology or a comparable craft training
• multi-year professional experience
• Handling of PC and computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) Required
• Care, reliability and durability
• independent work, coupled with reliability and
• craftsmanship
• Emergency service and work weekend
