Finance Manager / Business Controller – Focus on Controlling & Analysis (m/f/d)

Reporting & Final support: Support for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, as well as for deviation analyses and management reporting. Process optimization & tooling: further development of existing finance/controlling processes and implementation of efficient tools for automation and scaling. Stakeholder Management: Close cooperation with management and disciplines to derive and implement strategic measures. Budget planning and control: creation, monitoring and updating of the budget at group level. KPI-based performance controller: build and further develop a KPI framework for controlling central value drivers (e.g. marketing / sales expenditure including efficiency analyses as well as Churn / retention analyses incl. derivation of measures).

Completed studies in the field of business, finance or comparable. Multiannual experience in controlling, financial analysis or a similar position, preferably in dynamic sectors such as SaaS or e-commerce. Safe handling of Excel, ideally DATEV and BI tools. Analytical thinking and a structured way of working. Team player with own initiative and communication strength. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
