Personality with profile You have a completed study of business or economics as well as several years of relevant professional experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach in the field of software development and know the different roles and views of a cross-functional team. You are familiar with the usual methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira) and can develop them very well according to the needs of your teams. You have a positive human image, have coaching qualities, are criminal and self-reflective. You have good knowledge of bank operations and technical processes and can demonstrate practical experience in the application of planning methods, techniques and tools. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level). You can use your very good communication skills as well as your strong leadership skills with cooperative leadership style.
