Together we develop standards and innovative concepts and accompany them beyond the successful implementation. We have interfaces in all areas of the company through the wide range of interdisciplinary topics.

As a project manager, you are responsible for the cross-departmental top projects at Lidl Deutschland and supports our specialist areas in the continuous transformation and further development in the team “Consulting”. ...concrete means: design, implementation, and management of strategic projects across all phases, from analysis, from concept development to implementation and operational transition Preparation and implementation of decision dates with top management and active stakeholder management Development of change management measures such as change strategies and change stories Accompanying process optimizations along the value chain Design and implementation of project workshops

Multiannual experience in managing and implementing large-scale projects at management level Graduate of Economics Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, excellent methodological knowledge and the ability to derive strategic developments in constructive proposals Safe occurrence and communication strength
