In a direct line of reports to the CEO, the area together with the management of Hermes Germany ensures the achievement of short- and long-term corporate goals. The focus will be on strategy development, consulting, innovation, portfolio management and stakeholder management. Together with our team, you work on the design and implementation of interdisciplinary projects and support the team in project management tasks and actively introduce suggestions and ideas A focus of your work will be the company-wide value-based project portfolio management for the strategic prioritization of the most important initiatives. You develop independent analyses on market scenarios and take on research activities in the field of competition development, trends and technology You support the creation of presentations for Supervisory Board and Shareholder appointments and support the provision of relevant content with stakeholders from various fields of expertise As a full-fledged team member, you support the preparation and follow-up of workshops and appointments You get exciting and challenging insights into the typical tasks of an in-house strategy and consulting department

Studies in economics or a comparable subject, at least with Bachelor degree, preferably in Master's degree Affinity on Logistics, E-Commerce and Digitization Very good communicative and analytical skills, a high degree of self-employment and a quick understanding Very good MS Office knowledge, especially in PowerPoint and Excel, as well as good English knowledge in word and font
