The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Support of electronic systems They operate and monitor the industrial plants – in part via a central building control technology – and thus contribute to trouble-free operation and an efficient adjustment of the plants in You regularly agree with the competent object team on technical topics and tasks They carry out maintenance and repair work, e.g. on low-voltage systems and equipment, as well as on electrical, mechanical and hydraulic components They perform maintenance and control tasks on complex stationary systems and devices and carry out minor repairs if necessary They support the implementation of installations, extensions and changes to building installations, lighting and fire alarm systems General master activities They regularly monitor the construction and technical condition of the supervised buildings and outer surfaces, pay attention to traffic safety and eliminate sources of danger They carry out smaller craft work – both indoor and outdoor They take over the assignment, supervision and control of foreign companies and contribute to the acceptance of services You read measuring devices and reliably document consumption data They support us in the examination and maintenance of technical facilities and always keep in mind statutory audit periods – e.g. for elevators, heating systems, fire protection devices or emergency power plants

Qualification: Successfully completed training as an electrician/electrist, energy plant electronics technician/energy plant electronics technician or electronics engineer/electron engineer in the field of energy and building technology or comparable qualification in the field of electrical engineering (m/w/d) Competences: Insufficient professional experience in the object / property support as well as the building / plant engineering are prerequisites Knowledge of the occupational safety regulation, professional regulations on accident prevention or VDE regulations Willingness to be named as a subordinate responsible electric specialist Other: Useful, physical loadability and reliability Green, careful and reliable operation Good organisational skills and good understanding Communication skills as well as pronounced customer and service orientation, ability to work on a team Funded application knowledge of the IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) as well as the readiness to operate a service phone are absolutely necessary Teamability, organisational skills, reliability and sense of responsibility Ready to operate various technical devices as well as to climb ladders and treads and enter narrow technical spaces Willingness to participate in (several days) training and willingness to travel driving licence class B/3 and willingness to run service car
