Conceptual strength is your focus. You develop individual concepts for our key accounts in the food service. You will understand how to analyze customers, identify potentials and derive innovative, customer-specific solution approaches as well as sound action recommendations that inspire, inspire and work on the market. You love food in all their facets – ''Food all over the world''' is not a flea, but passion for you. You are interested in trends and innovations and understand how to detect changes in the out-of-home market early. With your feeling for customers, channels and products, you translate these findings into future-oriented concepts with real added value. You immerse yourself in the world of our customers. With frontdays, store checks and joint customer appointments you gain valuable insights into their daily business. You analyze business models, target groups and processes, and identify opportunities with which we can develop our customers sustainably. Networking is not a duty for you, but passion. You actively build relationships – both internally and externally – and encourage exchanges with relevant market partners, customers and partners. Regular visits to trade fairs and industry events are part of your everyday work as well as the structured documentation and preparation of your findings. You have a degree or a comparable qualification and ideally bring expertise in marketing or sales. Experience in the (system) gastronomy is a valuable plus in your resume. You are a character with a profile, with a hands-on mentality and a pronounced implementation strength. You are a networker of conviction – a contact collector with real joy in exchange. You strive for excellence and set the customer or Guest consistently focus. You bring high travel readiness, especially within Germany and Austria, and have very good access to relevant customers.
