Since 2009, we have been specialized service providers in the field of energy and promotional money consulting with a variety of well-known customers of all trades. With a team of about 100 employees, we are specialists in the field of funding consulting as well as in the development of individual refurbishment plans (iSFP). We have set ourselves the task of increasing the refurbishment rate through efficient, digital consulting modules and enabling everyone to do so. You take the technical guidance of a team as well as disciplinary leadership tasks. As a specialist contact person, you can help your team with technical and complex issues relating to heating systems, plant technology, SHK and technical building equipment. In doing so, you give technical orientation, accompany the solution finding, provide relevant specialist information in a comprehensible manner and ensure a continuous transfer of knowledge as well as the professional development in the team. Calculations and work results are checked for professional plausibility and thus ensure a consistently high quality of our services. In addition to your coordinating and leading tasks, you will continue to actively participate in the operational daily business. You accompany new employees during their incorporation and support them in their professional development. Services, processing levels and deadlines can be kept in mind and take appropriate measures in case of deviations. Together with the team, you optimize existing workflows and develop uniform quality standards, calculation bases, procedures and templates. You are also competent and solution-oriented to our customers with technical questions, complaints and professional escalations. In close cooperation with the department management, management and other departments, you actively contribute to the development of our consultancy area, for example by supporting the development of new services.

A completed training for masters or state-tested technicians in the field of sanitary, heating and air conditioning, utility technology or building technology. Alternatively, you have a completed study of supply technology, civil engineering, technical building equipment, building technology and a comparable field of expertise. You have well-founded practical experience in heating, plant or utility technology. Ideally, you have already carried out heating load calculations and hydraulic adjustments, or have checked the corresponding work results professionally. Experience in energy consulting and the creation of individual refurbishment schedules is advantageous, but no prerequisite. You don't have to be a specialist for the energetic assessment of the building envelope. We need a solid understanding of the relationships between buildings, heating systems and energy needs, as well as the willingness to work on adjacent topics. First experience in the professional coordination or guidance of employees is desirable. Experienced professionals who want to take the next step towards leadership are also welcome. You can explain complex technical issues in a comprehensible way and share your knowledge in a structured manner with employees and customers.
