Tasks

• organisational and administrative support of the plant manager
• reception and care of guests
• Preparation of meetings
• Creating presentations
• Working with various projects
• Personal tasks: time management, ordering of work clothes, administration
• Installation of orders
• Examination and approval of invoices and travel expenses

Profile

• completed commercial training
• ideally professional experience in the above mentioned activities
• good knowledge of German
• friendly appearance

Remuneration

• Entry from 17,- Euro/Std. brutto (GVP)
