Take over the operational purchasing of production components - taking into account stocks and production requirements Perform orders and retrievals from framework contracts and reliably process order confirmations, complaints and invoices Actively support supplier management. Deviations in terms of dates, prices or quality and independently conduct appropriate corrective measures. Stand in close cooperation with suppliers and strategic purchasing Work in projects with - from communication of project-related topics to follow-up and documentation of project progress Capture and process tool orders as well as sample and zero series orders

You have a completed commercial training (e.g. as an industrial clerk) or a completed study in your baggage You have several years of experience in a comparable position - ideally in an industrial environment You think analytic and go safely with the popular MS Office applications You communicate target-oriented, work in the team and take responsibility You bring negotiation skills and know yourself in contract management You trade in your own initiative, think strategically and always keep the whole thing in mind
