We are looking for you as a Process Automation Specialist (m/w/d) to drive our process automation at Schindler Germany. In this role, you develop digital solutions – from smart workflows to tailor-made power apps and develop more efficient and robust workflows for our departments. Your tasks are as follows:

Process automation: you develop automations autonomously, structure process logics cleanly and implement solutions in close coordination with specialist areas App development: you design and develop your own apps in Power Apps, connect relevant data sources and actively take into account the user feedback Operation, Support & Observability: You take responsibility for individual processes or apps in operation, manage monitoring and optimize existing processes continuously Innovation & new technologies: you identify relevant technologies, develop first prototypes and evaluate their feasibility or potential benefits for Schindler Governance, Standards & Security: You participate in the definition of rules and templates, accompany reviews and maintain quality and compliance Consulting & Stakeholder communication: you advise specialist areas autonomously, shapelyst requirements precisely and performs solution-oriented and binding in the project context Strategy, Structure & Team Development: You actively shape our team processes, initiate improvements and take independent responsibility for topics in everyday work Planning and implementation of process solutions, you also answer the technical quality of your solutions and coordinate yourself directly with the stakeholders involved

Complete study or training with technical or economic reference, e.g. computer science, industrial engineering or comparable Safe handling of Microsoft Power Platform Office 365 environments and automation solutions Mind. 2 years of experience in the practical implementation of automation, app development or workflow design in close cooperation with specialist areas Finded knowledge of Power Machines and/or Power Apps as well as in process analysis Ideally first experience with RPA tools and in the application of agile methods Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Project & Implementation Competence: You carry out projects independently, coordinate work packages and maintain dependencies in view Analytical Skills: You start your own evaluations, check data quality and guide targeted hypotheses Digital tool & method skills: you use tools targeted, automate processes and consciously apply methods High level of teamability and customer orientation
