Junior Strategic Project Manager (m/w/d)

Support for operational and administrative tasks within the framework of strategic projects (document, monitoring, controlling and reporting) Head of smaller projects or projects Workstreams/ subprojects in strategically relevant projects Self-responsible preparation, implementation and follow-up of workshops Independent coordination of project processes in coordination with project managers (e.g. communication and dissemination of project results and activities) Participation in the creation of business plans and market analyses Support and maintenance of the project tools as part of the project execution Regular status reporting and preparation of presentations for various project bodies incl. Management Communication within the projects and interest groups within and outside the GEA Stakeholder management Creation of risk analyses Continuous improvement of the project management framework (processes, methods and tools)

Successfully completed studies, with business or technical orientation 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in a strategy-related field or in consulting Very good communication skills and organizational talent Friendly and open personality with a proactive, targeted and predictive way of working Diplomatic skill and team spirit and commitment First experience in cooperation in in interdisciplinary teams Ability to work quickly into complex situations Ideas for optimizing project and process processes Motivation to learn “new” Safe and binding occurrence Experience in project management Analytical, problem-solving and flexible operation English and German language skills in word and writing Occasionally readiness to travel
