We are currently looking for dedicated production aids (m/w/d) for the assembly and packaging sector that our team in Olpe supports reliably.

• Mounting of fittings and small parts according to predetermined operating instructions
• Support in the ongoing production process, e.g. during assembly and in various production steps
• Conduct of visual inspections and simple quality controls
• Packing, labelling and preparation of finished products for shipping or further processing
• compliance with work, quality and safety regulations
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the workplace

We are looking for

To enable you to start successfully in this position, you will ideally bring:

• First experience in production or assembly is advantageous, but no requirement
• readiness to work in the shift system
• Handicraft skills and a careful and reliable way of working
• Team skills, motivation and sense of responsibility
• Basic knowledge of German for everyday work
