Head of Accounting (m/f/d)

Do you want to take responsibility for the entire accounting of a growing group of companies and shape the field both professionally and in terms of management? As Head of Accounting at Kulturwerke Deutschland, you are directly responsible for the accounting of our group under our CFO. You lead the accounting team, secure clean financial statements and bring structure to a financial organization that grows steadily with the company and our new companies in Germany and abroad. You make sure that our numbers are always correct, present on time and are resilient.

We are looking for an experienced, structured management personality with sound accounting knowledge that works independently and actively develops the area.

You lead our accounting and you are responsible for the accounts of the entire group. Your duties include: Professional and disciplinary leadership of the accounting team

Compilation of annual accounts according to HGB, including preparation and supervision of the annual audit

Responsibility for consolidated financial statements and consolidation of our companies

Ensuring clean, timely financial accounting

Further development and digitization of our accounting processes

Close cooperation with the CFO and with tax advisors and auditors

Multiannual experience in accounting, of which detectable in a leading role

Safe in the creation of HGB annual accounts, including experience with audited degrees

Found experience in consolidation and consolidated financial statements

Very safe handling with DATEV

Structured, independent working and clear leadership

Negotiating German
