You assume the overall responsibility for financial and accounting with the main areas of debitor and creditor accounting, asset and balance sheet accounting, liquidity management as well as facility and home cost accounting of care facilities. Your focus: You control the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and ensure proper accounting. You are responsible for liquidity planning and cash management and keep in mind cash flows, receivables and liabilities. You continue to develop financial reporting, key figures and analyses and thus create resilient basis for decision-making for management and bodies. You advise management on financial issues and investment and financing decisions. You accompany economic and other audits and ensure compliance with commercial and tax regulations. You are responsible for funding management and contribute to economic planning and forecasts. You ensure the insurance of revenues, flaws and the receivable management of our care facilities. You develop standards, internal controls and risk management in the financial sector. You drive forward the digitization and optimization of our financial processes. Your leadership task: You guide our 8-member team professionally and disciplinefully and develop structures and processes together with your team. You will focus on clear communication, appreciation and liability. You create orientation, promote self-responsibility and keep track of change processes.

Complete business studies focusing on accounting, finance or taxes or comparable qualifications. Alternatively: Account Holder (IHK) with many years of leadership experience. Multiannual professional and management experience in financial and accounting. Ideally, you have experience in hospital, nursing or social matters or in an auditing company in these areas. Very good knowledge of trade and tax law as well as in accounting according to HGB. Experience with financial accounting and ERP systems. Very good MS Office/Excel knowledge. Safe handling of cost accounting and affinity for controlling. Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking. Decision strength, communication skills and organisational skills.
