Complete training in the service sector or in the hotel/restaurants sector (e.g. restaurant specialist, hotel expert/woman) with additional qualification (e.g. kitchen master, restaurant specialist) Multiannual professional experience in the restaurant area as well as experience in staff management Funded knowledge in the fields of resource planning, code number control and HACCP Embossed entrepreneurial thinking and a high guest orientation Ready to work in the evening hours and partly on weekends Empathy, social competence and enforcement Very good German knowledge and good English skills
