As Senior Project and Process Manager - Digital Transformation (w/m/x) you are responsible for managing technical and IT projects and for analyzing and optimizing existing processes in the field of fleet business. What do you expect? Takeover of overall responsibility for the successful planning, control and implementation of complex technical and IT projects Coordination and leadership of interdisciplinary project teams, consisting of specialist and IT experts Coordination and control of test management, change management and rollouts in cooperation with the specialist and IT teams Collection, analysis and documentation of technical requirements and business processes Identification and Priority of Optimization Potentials in Business Processes Conception and modelling of solution proposals taking into account feasibility, cost-effectiveness and user requirements Close coordination with departments, IT departments and project teams to ensure the translation of business requirements into technical solutions

What are you doing? Higher education in economics, business informatics or comparable training Multiannual professional experience as project manager in complex IT projects in a financial service institution or leasing company Deep knowledge and experience in common project management and process analysis methods (e.g. Six Sigma) Experience in analysis of the requirements and implementation of the projects using artificial intelligence Excellent communication and presentation skills English knowledge at least level C2
