Staff (m|w|d) mechanical manufacturing - balancing Job ID 77730 | Location Crailsheim Your duties You identify workpieces on the basis of production orders and technical drawings. According to specifications and customer requirements, select the appropriate balancing method (e.g. for joint shaft or belt drive) and perform the balancing of the rotor. The results are documented in corresponding logs and in SAP. Then, together with the customer, you carry out balancing withdrawals. You can also carry out run-out track measurements and bring the workpieces into the predetermined tolerance ranges by manual grinding. You also document these work steps in the corresponding work databases. You are responsible for handling large and heavy workpieces with the crane (up to 24 tons). This includes turning, storing and transporting the workpieces as well as the selection of suitable attachments and the use of a high-lift truck. In addition, you can create weight certificates on the PC. Your profile You have completed training in a metal profession e.g. machining mechanic, precision mechanics, tool mechanics, industrial mechanic or comparable. First professional experience in the field of balancing is desirable. We require very good German knowledge in word and writing. The general willingness to work in the layer rhythm (on individual or several machines) will also help you. Ideally, you have a forklift and/or crane license (no condition).
