You work independently and in close cooperation with our building team challenging construction projects in turnkey construction as well as in construction – from costing to tendering and execution to acceptance – with a focus on supply technology (HLSK) You coordinate external specialist engineers:inside and providing a smooth flow of information You actively support the award and bring your technical expertise into decision-making processes The cooperation on costing tasks as well as the care and further development of our costing data are also part of your responsibility To ensure the project objectives, you take over quality assurance during execution and pay attention to compliance with all requirements For a successful project completion, prepare commissioning and acceptance and accompany the entire process until handover

Completed master training, technician:in or studies the field of supply technology, building technology or comparable Multiannual experience in the development of medium to large construction projects Safe handling of the relevant regulations (VDI, DIN, BGB/VOB) as well as knowledge in building and contract law Ideally, you will also bring knowledge in electrical engineering Found MS Office identifiers, especially in Word, Excel and Outlook Impressed communication strength in handling clients:inside, entrepreneurs:inside and project partners:inside negotiating skills and enforcement strength as well as safe occurrence Team spirit, initiative and a structured, independent way of working complete your profile
